Description
The outstanding features of SGL series water-cooled drum slag cooler are:
(1) Maintain slag activity: dry cooling is adopted to completely avoid contact with water slag. Maintain slag activity, so that the troublesome waste slag produced by the boiler into a good activity of cement and building materials additives.
(2) High thermal efficiency, large adaptability range of slag discharge temperature (40℃ ~ 220℃);
(3) The sleeve is used to rotate and push the material. There is no relative movement between the spiral blade and the cylinder. The structure is simple, the whole machine has high life, low power consumption and low noise.
(4) Excellent environmental protection and economic performance: no special requirements for cooling water, cooling water can use power plant circulating cooling water or general industrial water, no need to desalting and softening, can reduce capital investment and operation costs.
(5) Continuous slag discharge, the speed can be adjusted continuously in a large range according to the amount of slag. It is beneficial to stabilize the boiler bed pressure, maintain the thickness of the boiler combustion layer, and reduce the carbon content of slag.
(6) the cooling water discharge pipe is outside the cylinder, so the roller is safe, reliable and easy to maintain;
